Nancy Gavron

A native of the Jacksonville area, Dr. Nancy Gavron graduated from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2019 and has been part of the Birch Island team ever since. Her special interests in veterinary medicine include internal medicine and cardiology. She specializes in in-house ultrasound, echocardiography, and end-of-life care. She is happy to provide care for not only cats and dogs, but also pocket pets, rabbits, and most non-venomous reptiles. Dr. Gavron has two dogs, River and Bruno, and two cats, Alfie and Chubby. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, watching true crime documentaries, and spending time with family and friends.
