EMERGENCY & URGENT CARE

Emergencies are accepted anytime that our clinic is open. If you feel your pet needs emergency treatment, please call for assistance or come in immediately. If possible, phone ahead so that our staff can better prepare for your arrival. We have veterinary personnel on duty six days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any critical care your pet may require. Some examples of life-threatening situations include being hit by a car, ingestion of a poison or toxin (rodenticides, medications not intended for pets, grapes, raisins, chocolate, toxic plants, etc), collapse and trouble breathing.

We are also available for urgent care when the condition is concerning but not necessarily an emergency. If you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment, our veterinarians will work to fit you in between scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate of how long you may have to wait to be seen.
